Our team carry out an initial assessment by combining a Site walkover with a comprehensive desk study to determine a Site's ecological value and any potential impacts of a development project. 

The provided report will outline any protected species, habitats, or biodiversity features that might be affected by the proposal and will highlight if further surveys or mitigation methods are required.

Surveys and analysis are conducted and a full report is provided which formally identifies, quantifies, and assesses the potential impacts resulting from a development project.

Our ecological experts conduct BNG assessments to measure the impact of development projects on local habitats. Baseline scores and impact predications are used as the basis of calculations to ensure the project leaves the environment in a measurably better state, specifically by achieving a minimum 10% increase in biodiversity.

A comprehensive report is provided which can be submitted alongside the Site's planning application.
